Pouilly-Fuissé « Terroir de Fuissé » wine comes from best parcels of Fuissé village Vines are minimum 35 years old. Many exposures and soil structures give us the possibility to elaborate a very complex and mineral wine.
Gold yellow colour. Fragrant nose : fruity, floral with a delicate woody touch. The palate displays abundant exotics flavours with hints of grapefruit enriched with nutty, vanillin oack characters produced from barrel fermentations. Very good lengh, characteristic of great wines. Ageing potential : between 10 and 15 years.
