Domaine Romanin is located in Burgundy in the village of Fuissé, right in the heart of the famous vineyard of Pouilly-Fuissé.

Domaine Romanin has seen five generations of winegrowers. Respecting tradition is thus essential in crafting exemplary and authentic wines. Constant investment in new equipment (stainless steel tanks, a pneumatic press...), combine with rational viticulture (using organic fertilizer, limiting phytosanitary treatments, recycling...) is necessary in guaranteeing the quality and consistency of our wines.

The vineyards, although extremely fragmented, equal 10.5 hectares. The clay and limestone soil, characteristic of the region, favours the harmonious development of aromas typical of Chardonnay, with both fruity and floral nuances.
